Charity Box Making Parties
We host Smile Box parties and invite volunteers to help make 200-400 boxes at one time! We also ship items to other states so others can make boxes as well.
These boxes then are delivered to local hospitals including Dallas Medical City, Cook Children's, Scottish Rite, and more. However, we also ship boxes worldwide.
We host annual fundraisers to raise funds. We could not do this without our sponsors and large company dontions.

WHAT ARE IN THE SMILE BOXES?
Smile Boxes may contain puzzles, crayons, coloring books, stuffed animals, stress balls, card games, yo yo's, and more. We make sure not to include edible things or any choking hazardous items. Majority of our items come from Oriental Trading Company.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER THE BOXES?
One of our volunteers or I will deliver boxes to local hospitals for example; Dallas Medical City, Cook Children's, Scottish Rite and more after putting them together at a box making party. I've also shipped to every state in the United States and I've shipped to Canada and Jamaica as well.
HOW DO YOU FUNDRAISE?
We fundraise through Go Fund Me's, carnivals, casino nights, and most of our donations come from big donors. We appreciate all donations because one Smile Box costs around $15. Since we are nonprofit 501c3 charity, donations are tax deductible.
WHY DID YOU START ESB?
I started Emily's Smile Boxes a nonprofit 501c3 because my brother had a stroke before he was born. He was very ill and in the hospital for long periods of time. While in the hospital with him I noticed how sad and bored everyone was. I wanted to make a difference for sibling and kids in the hospital just like me. I was ten years old at the time and Emily's Smile Boxes has now been around since 2008.
HOW MANY BOXES HAVE YOU DELIVERED?
I along with my many volunteers and donors have delivered over 27,000 boxes around the world. Remember that one person can make a difference!
