5K Pediatric Run

For 5 years we held an annual pediatric stroke walk 5K. This was our biggest event and fundraiser to host. We wanted to start this event to bring in awareness about pediatric strokes and have fun while learning and making Smile Boxes.

Emily's Smile Boxes started because of Jude Ortiz an inspiration to many. Because of this, the slogan for the run was "I did it for Jude". This slogan not only stood for Jude but for all of the children that cannot participate in a run because of challenges they face daily.

We raised over $3,000 dollars at our last event!! Thank you to all my sponsors and everyone who has supported me over the years. Please look into our Casino Night fundraiser for our current large fundraising event.
